kids love it but product has an issue
My grandkids love this. I bought two of them. One of them the speaker stopped working. I returned it and got a free replacement. The speaker just stopped working on the other one. I am awaiting a replacement now. I gave it four stars because my grandkids love these and the replacements were easy to get. I would have given it five but the speakers on both units stopped working.

Item was okay for the price didnât last screens are now broken. Screen protection was not qood quality. Connectivity was good programs on it as well also perfect easy to carry. Not to bulky picture quality was good. Slackness wasnât to bad

I bought this product in August one for my daughter one for my son. My daughters had issues right from the start. Her volume kept going in and out, then it kept shutting off even with a full battery then just completely shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. Now my sons lasted a little longer then hers but in the middle of playing it, it just shut off and won’t turn back on. So disappointed in this product never buying again.
