Poor quality
Got this for my niece for Christmas and she opened it today and it doesn’t work. Everytime you try to connect it to the Internet, it freezes up and won’t let you connect at all. When I did finally get the screen to come down to connect to Wi-Fi it showed it was once connected to a Chinese Internet. I can’t get the settings to change unless I email an email address that’s odd and then they say they will give you a pass code to change settings. Not worth the trouble. Poor quality of product.

I bought this tablet for my granddaughter for her birthday and it would NEVER connect to the internet for her daddy to set it up. He tried for about 3 hours and it still did not connect to Wi-Fi. I returned this particular item.

Great value!
This tablet is a great value! I bought it for my 4 year old granddaughter and she loves it! It isn’t compatible with Netflix and some other streaming platforms but it does with with Disney and Youtube kids and some others. It has a big screen a front and rear camera, it’s easy to use and most importantly it’s a great price!

Cheap, not worth it
I got 2 of these tablets for my boys for Christmas, age 5 and 6. They are not new to the tablet game so they know they have to be somewhat gentle. Well after 1 week the 5 year old dropped it off the couch, not a hard fall, and the screen cracked so bad that u can’t use it anymore. I put it up to eventually take somewhere to get screen fixed but no rush because he’s using his old Amazon tablet, 7in one but has had for 3 years and been thrown down stairs and across room when he was younger and still won’t break. I got them these for bigger screens and more memory. Now the 6 year olds tablet lasted about 4 weeks maybe and the charge port went. I am the one plugging it in and out 99% of time, so it’s not like he has been rough with it. I tried to save a few bucks but nope not worth it. I don’t recommend these at all!
