Usually buy in the least expensive supermarket in my area, Amazon was less expensive. I’ve been using for eons, it doesn’t upset my stomach like other calcium supplements and I like that it’s time released. It pays to shop around.

Hard to swallow
I have no problem swallowing pills and I take three meds that are large. For some reason it is extremely difficult for me to swallow these. I appreciate that they combine vitamin D and calcium but I have to find another source.

I even get too much Vitamin D from it. My levels for Vitamin C are perfect. FYI: I hardly ever go out in the sun, so I know this works. Good deal. You can swallow this easier, too.
