WHY DID THEY CHANGE THE PRODUCT?
I was always very picky with face soap and when I first found this product years ago, I was so happy. It lathers well and rinses off easily and smells great and my face felt clean, washed. Recently I bought a bottle and they CHANGED THE FORMULA. Itâs new but itâs not improved. It doesnât lather well. I use to use one pump of soap but now I have to use 2 to 3 times the amount. It doesnât lather well at all and I feel a film on my face after I rinse. I hope C&C is paying attention to all these people echoing the same thing. They will be losing a lot of customers. Why did they change it? It was a great product but now itâs not! BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA PLEASE!!

And since I started using it a couple weeks ago I have a mystery rash that’s appeared on my body, and now I realizing it’s likely because of this stuff. They really need to remember the old saying if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, because there was nothing broken about this stuff. If you go to their website and look at all the most recent reviews for this product, most of them are one star and everyone says the same thing I said above. I’ll be switching to something else”
