The Best
This has been my favorite eyeliner for years, after having tried many, many liquid eyeliners. The brush tip is better than felt tip liners because it can get even closer in the lash line. It’s not waterproof, but as long as you set your makeup or stay away from tears and liquid you’ll be fine. I like non waterproof liner better because if it smudges its easier to get to look normal again, versus waterproof that flakes off and you could go missing a whole wing on one side if you wipe it. This is absolutely worth the price.
