There was nothing I disliked about this liner. The easiest liner I’ve ever used! I love the intense black. I have hooded eyelids and this really worked, whereas many other liners were a complete waste of money. The reviews for this particular liner were pretty darned good, and they were right-on! No longer a good value for the money
I have used this intense black 02 eye pencil for years. I like it because it is a soft black and not very dark and harsh. It worked with my grey blue eyes. I have seen the price creep up consistently. It has now reached the stage that is no longer a good value for the money. It has become more expensive than it is worth. I think I will be looking for a better alternative. I also feel that the actual pencil size has become smaller. I don’t use there smudger end much but the quality of the sponge on the end is now stiffer too, not as soft as before.

Iâve put this on every day of the week with none of that. Iâm still in disbelief. I never could figure out what ingredient I was sensitive too but glad I can wear makeup again.
