I used to use Old spice. Honestly was looking for something which would cost me less and last longer (more volume). This is the best aftershave I have ever used!
I started using Clubman products because my daughter who suffers from asthma (I have it now as well) complained about the effects of the cologne I was using then had on her (we shared an office at work). Well I have been a Clubman user since as their products seem to not affect her condition. The After Shave Lotion works great and seems to wotk the best to calm my skin after I hew down another forrest of hair (I have a very thick beard). The smell is very nice and reminds me of sitting in the barber’s chair after the barber shaves your hairline on the back of your neck and splashed on the Clubman. Did I say that I really this stuff?

First time Clubman user experience – I love it!
OK, this was my first time with any of the Pinaud Clubman after shaves. Here is a timeline of my experience with this product:When I first opened the bottle I thought… Baby powder? and flowers?…hmmm, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it or not.When I first splashed it on my face after shaving I thought… Medicine! It had that medicine/antiseptic/alcohol smell. It also had a very nice sting / burn to it.10 or 15 mins after applying I thought…WOW! What a manly scent! The scent had settled into a wonderful masculine smell. I smelled just like a gentleman that had just come from an old time barbershop. I almost wanted to rush out and buy a cane and top hat!6 hours after applying: I can still detect the wonderful scent on my face and neck. It is very subtle and you have to be close to smell it. I find myself smelling the back of my hands all day long!My overall impression is that I love this after shave. Even better, my wife likes it too! It soothes and conditions my face after DE shaving. The scent begins to settle down after about 15 minutes and within an hour or so it has settled to a subtle, very much masculine scent reminiscent of the old time barbershops. This has become my favorite go-to daily aftershave. I’ll still use my original, glass-bottle, Shulton made Old Spice for special occasions!

Wonderful oldworld barbershop fragrance
This has a very clean, not over powering scent, and much of the time when my wife and I go to see family or friends, the women comment how good I smell, and ask what cologne am I wearing, the only other time that happens is when I wear the cologne from Tiffany’s at $235.00 for a small bottle. I have used Clubman Pinaud for decades and I never tire of the fresh clean aroma, and my wife always comments how good it smells and gives me a big kiss.

Minimal sting and maximum performance… My god this aftershave splash is so good i wear it feel to apply it even if i havent shaved…Pros1)Minimal burn… Although i apply it over TOBS after shave balm and both of them mixes well and create a heavenly fragrance2) its standalone performance is also great for those who dont have a dry skin3) i am impressed by the longevity of fragrance.. Its not like projected heavily… Its like staying all day long but one has to be very very close to you… But u feel refreshed as a blissful whiff of fragrance hits you sweetly every now and then4) really closes wounds and nicks fastCons1) this one had a Brut type fragrance afte end of the day.. I dont like brut… So i will try other Pinauds fragrance after this one is finished2) no sillage or projection at all… Its meant to be smelled by you and your gf only.. Not for those who want to register their presence in the roomConclusion: heavily recommended.. V it wld be nice if any seller iffers those small tryout bottles of all the fragrances so i can really try each of them before selecting my final choices
