Great book for new and growing athletes
This is a great book for new and growing athletes. Whether used by yourself or with a team you coach. It has great drills for having very little equipment and then there are others that require equipment I dont have. It keeps the drills changing so there is always something new and fun to do.

Great content and very useful for any coach
I am a new Sports Performance Coach so I needed a book that will give me enough material to work with youth athletes. This book is great for any coach, it has a great variety of drills and exercises. Adding to this, the author explains in detail the purpose and the “how to do” of each exercise. I didn’t have any problem accessing the online videos. My only complaint is that the pictures are black and white (my millennial brain is not used to it 😛 ) and the paper quality is very thin. However, I decided to give it 5 stars because the content and videos are great for the price.
