Outstanding Service result
Our canopy arrived on the date promised, and with all the components that were in the picture and description on Amazon. We had thought we bought the more heavy duty canopy, but in fact didn’t; we bought a normal canopy. Still thinking it was heavy duty, we put it up and it was working fine until the wind kicked up slightly. We were not near the canopy and it turned over and many of the bars broke. I reached out to Cobozi and asked if they would send me some parts and I could replace the posts that broke. However, after further review, I realized that this would be a little bit more difficult than I first thought. They offered a new canopy and simply sent it to me. I won’t go any further into it, but this was well beyond my expectation. I will certainly buy another canopy from these folks not only because I like the canopy, but because I know that they will stand behind what they’re selling!

This tent is huge!
I like this tent. It is huge. You can fit multiple tables under it. It is easy to set up but you need to have at least two people. You stretch out the frame, and it accordions into shape. Then, you put the tent over it. Velcro the corners and then expand it completely. This is the part where it really helps to have two people. You need to expand it enough to get it to lock open. Once that is done, you work from pole to pole making it longer in increments. Walls can be attached if you want. It comes with stakes and tie downs. The only thing I did not like is that if you are tall and are inside the tent, you have to duck to walk from one side to the other, because there is a support beam in the way. You have to duck to get into the tent and the support in the middle is the same height, so you just might not expect it. Putting it away is easy. The storage bag is nice. The only nice upgrade would have been for wheels on one side of the storage bag to make it easier to transport. But, despite those things, I like this tent and I recommend it to others. It’s worked well for a graduation party and a birthday party so far.

Recibido en fecha y embalaje perfecto!El producto es perfecto, lo pedimos para la zona de la piscina y es practiquísimo, la estructura la dejamos fija, y si hace malo o en invierno, como es el caso, simplemente guardamos la lona en su funda y en Primavera, con el tiempo más estable, volveremos a colocarla. No sé tarda nada porque al venir la estructura unida, nunca te sobra ni te falta nada, y con los botones niveladores, la subes y bajas y a tu antojo. Colocar la lona es sencillísimo porque encaja a la perfección, unes las cintas de velcro que traen cosidas, a la estructura y listo. Puedes colocarle los laterales, cerrarla por completo o simplemente utilizar el techo. ES UN PRODUCTAZO!!!No lo he reseñado antes pprque teníamos que ponerlo a prueba, vivimos en Galicia, con sus días duros de mal tiempo y ahí está! PerfectaRecomendado 100%
