No complaints about the product. Just thought I was getting the battery powered ones. Battery powered tend to be a little more expensive but just for the toothbrush this was a bit pricey. I had a hard time getting used to the toughness of the brush, and the first several days my gum hurt a lot because the brush is really hard. I love the tongue cleanser on the back tho. For this money, I think it’s quite a good deal, but I would recommend you to buy a better quality toothbrush if you have the money. This brush feels like it should be used to clean my shoe, not my teeth.
