The only toothpaste that does not hurt my mouth
After trying many different toothpastes, I always come back to this one. I do not know whatâs wrong with those toothpastes (or my mouth), but they make my mouth peel and my mouth/ tongue hurt!!
But it never happened with this toothpaste. Great value, classic fresh smell and protect my teeth. Perfect!

I think it’s pretty good for the price. Maybe some other kind of tooth paste is more healthy but this does the job for me.

Toothpaste that isn’t abrasive (save your enamel!) and has almost of a neutral flavor
I bought this toothpaste because I’m worried about abrasive toothpaste wearing out my enamel. I believe this is the regular Colgate which is low on the abrasive chart.
Find the abrasive chart online: Relative Dentin Abrasivity (RDA).
It doesn’t feel gritty which is what many of the teeth whitening toothpaste feel like. Teeth whitening is marketed heavily but it’s not great for your teeth.
I’m going to stick with this Colgate because it feels great – and it doesn’t have any flavor which is what I prefer.

I used to go after the latest and greatest toothpaste with the strongest minty flavor, but switched to the classic Colgate based on my dentist’s suggestion. This has fluoride which is the key component, without any whitening stuff or glitter, and is priced among the most affordable.
