Absolutely miserable and painful experience
This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I was so excited to try this and used it on a Friday morning. I had incredible stomach pains within a few hours and th described cleanse effects. But the stomach pain got worse. I took another dose the next day and was in complete agony. The stomach pain was so bad that I couldnât think straight. I threw up anything I attempted to eat or drink, and still my stomach ached and had cramps. I did not take a dose the next day, Sunday, and yet the cramps and ache and trouble concentrating continued. I went to an emergency clinic (Patient First) that evening and took the bottle with me. They were convinced that this was either a tainted product or that it had interacted with my body poorly. The doctor I saw said that he has seen similar symptoms from supposed cleanses. They advised I not take this again. I ended up having to miss two days of work because I could hardly walk without feeling sick and like I needed to vomit. I didnât feel back to myself for a few more days. It was terrifying. The pain and nausea were so much worse than any food poisoning or stomach virus. I honestly thought my life was ending because the pain was so bad the first two days. It was scary. I still have the bottle sitting in our medicine cabinet downstairs. I was so hopeful for this product, but not only did it cause me to suffer, but it cost me two days of work and a visit to the doctor. I would not recommend this product. I think the positive reviews must be fake. Save yourself the pain and agony and donât waste your money on this.

1).Did it make you lose weight?- Yes I did lose about 3 lbs and I lost 2inches off my waist
* I do want to add toward the end (currently) I am down with a chest infection so I have not been as vigilant with taking the pills as directed.
2). Did it make you run to the bathroom with explosive diarrhea? No! The first day I didn’t see any results. After that I was going about 4-5 times a day but it wasn’t like SUPRISE!!! YOU’RE ABOUT TO NEED A NEW PAIR OF DRAWERS!
3). Did it give you stomach cramps? Yes and No. most days I did not feel any ill effects but I did notice if I did not drink enough water I would get cramps at night time.
***Advice- Google how much water should I drink and you will find a tool to put in your height and weight and recommendation for water consumption. I do feel less bloated. Water is the key. I wish you all well on your journey to wellness! I hope this review helps!

I Feel Better and Healthier
This was my first time doing a cleanse, so other than some anecdotal information from a few friends, I was unsure what to expect. I had been feeling unhealthy recently and wanted to kickstart a weight loss plan. These pills worked well in that only two or three days after starting the cleanse, I lost the bloated feeling that has plagued me on and off for months. The amount of … ummm… matter that was expelled surprised me. And that was just on day one! In general, I’m fairly regular, so being able to rid myself of all that I had been holding on to was a great feeling. Taking the pills did not come without side effects: I did have cramping and mild diarrhea but overall felt that dealing with the side effects were totally worth the end results. I have less bloating and feel like my digestion has improved. I am sleeping better and think this has resulted in me having improved energy levels. I’m able to exercise more efficiently. overall, I’m really happy with the results of taking these pills and think they are a great purchase. The pills were effective at cleaning me out and making me feel overall healthier.
UPDATE: a month later, I still feel good. I think the pillls helped me get rid of excess matter in my intestines, and it hasn’t come back! I didn’t change my habits since the cleanse, but the bloated feeling I had prior has not returned. I recommend the pills to anyone looking for a quick start. They work great.

First off, I’ve never taken anything like this before so wasn’t sure to what to expect. That being said, I took the 3 pills a day and made sure to eat pretty healthy meals the entire time and there was little to no difference in my day compared to before. At the beginning I maybe needed the bathroom a little more often but after about 10 days there was zero affect. Should have read the reviews before buying.
