This product has been life changing for me. Instead of spending the day in the bathroom, I go regularly 1x a day at the same time. First off the natural strawberry flavor is horrible. At least the orange Metamucil has a pleasant taste. I wrote the company about the taste so for my 2nd time using it I used orange juice instead of water to cut back on the horrible taste. 30 minutes later I was kneeling over my toilet and lost it all. Let me tell ya, thereâs nothing better than getting a mouth full of toilet water because your vomit is coming out in chunks and splashing the water. Sorry for the visual to anyone with a weak stomach. I now have a 6 month supply I wasted my money on that I never want to use again. My advice is just stick to Metamucil.
