Of all the products I have tasted containing fiber this one has a great taste. If shaken quickly after adding the product to water it blends perfectly smooth.

This product has been life changing for me. Instead of spending the day in the bathroom, I go regularly 1x a day at the same time. Reliability with bowel movements, sustainable, works just as described, great value for price, taste is fantastic, easy to use, dissolves easily but thickens over time so I recommend drinking it quickly. First off the natural strawberry flavor is horrible. At least the orange Metamucil has a pleasant taste. I wrote the company about the taste so for my 2nd time using it I used orange juice instead of water to cut back on the horrible taste. 30 minutes later I was kneeling over my toilet and lost it all. Let me tell ya, thereâs nothing better than getting a mouth full of toilet water because your vomit is coming out in chunks and splashing the water. Sorry for the visual to anyone with a weak stomach. I now have a 6 month supply I wasted my money on that I never want to use again. My advice is just stick to Metamucil.
