Comfortable with great traction
I really like these shoes for daily wear. I would classify them as casual outdoor shoes. They are very comfortable but lack the support of a true outdoor or hiking boot/shoe. If you’re thinking these are replacements for something like a Keen hiking shoe, they’re not built to the level of a Keen. But that’s ok, they serve a purpose and for the price, I’m very happy with them. They fit true to size for me and they’ve held up very well over the past couple of months. They look good, have great traction, and for the price I’m very happy. For heavy duty trail use they may fail sooner than something like a Keen, but then again, you paid less than half the price, so maybe that’s ok. I think they perform very well for the price range.

Great shoes but that smell…
The shoes are very comfortable and the size is accurate at 11.5. They are exactly what I was looking for, a casual but durable hiking shoes. They are not for extreme hiking but also don’t like look like an extreme hiking shoe.I read other reviews about these shoes and have to agree with another person that wrote about the very strong odor. It’s very strong petroleum smell. I’ve had them by an open window to air-out for a day or so now and the smell is still there. It’s honestly terrible.I don’t fault the actual shoe but definitely something to keep in mind.

Comfortable, sturdy and subtle. True to size.
Comfortable for long walks and light hiking, my only complaint is the insoles were very “slidey” on the bottom. After a few minutes, the insoles begin to shift backwards and bunch up at the heels. I used some double-sided carpet tape to stick them down to the bottom of the shoe and that seems to have fixed the problem. I’m a size 12, but have found I can wear 11-13 depending on the manufacturer. Fortunately, Columbia seems to be true to size and 12 is perfect.

Durable and Comfortable for Every Day Use
Love these Columbia low-tops. Really comfortable but have plenty of traction and grip. Great for every day wears when you don’t need to lug around heavy hiking boots.

Comfort
Awesome shoe. Very comfortable for work or life, please don’t buy the 12 in grey, you won’t like them. Recommended.

Great fit
This shoe can be worn while working, going to the gym or a casual dinner and look great. Good traction on wet surfaces and easily cleaned with just a damp rag. Favorite all around shoe and thatâs against Nike, Merrell, etc.

Looks nice and comfortable, but didnât last.
Nice shoes, but not very supportive and they have worn through the sole to the foam in about 5 months, albeit with alot of walking.

Ordered a second pair
Good shoes, abused them for two years, decided to order a second pair.Good grip, haven’t slipped due to the shoes fault.Fairly light, nice for hiking.Only negative is the foster dogs seem to enjoy them as well. Ive gone through a few pairs of shoe laces and they’ve gotten chewed up a bit around the edges!
