Easy to setup. Kiddo is able to work it without any help which is good. Battery last a good while like any other tablet. She loved the preloaded stories.

Kid-approved for school and play; charging port is flimsy!
2-month update, changing 5 stars to 3: The charging port has almost completely deteriorated in structure. It’s visibly bent and cracked, not from any accident but just from the everyday plugging in and out by an average child (more specifically, a child who also charges other devices including a Nintendo Switch of very similar dimensions and the same type of plug). For a USB-C device it’s unacceptable to have such a flimsy charging port and it’s now on its last legs, only charging at very specific angles that further put physical stress on the device. Soon it will be an unchargeable brick and we’ll have to get a different one. If you’re going to get this, maybe leave the charging to adults only.— Original review below —Got this to use mainly for my homeschooled 10 year old to do online school when we are traveling. So far her multiple online classes have worked great on this except for her typing class which requires a keyboard. It’s been super easy for her to use. It has already withstood several falls in its protective case that it came with. Daughter also noticed it in this year’s top toy magazine for the holidays, so was definitely stoked that she got a “famous” brand. It came preloaded with Disney read along stories about princesses, which we deleted easily.The tablet comes with generic Android and is not a “kids OS” (it IS preloaded with the desktop widget for the Disney books, giving it that custom look, but that’s totally changeable if you want).Sound on her videos was at least for enough for instructional purposes. It is smaller than her iPad, but so far does not seem to limit her school wise and is easier to port around and wield. Installed Disney Plus for daughter to watch TV which also worked great.Older kids and certainly adults will notice that speed and performance on this are considerably slower than the average device, but things like the readalong books or putting a video on and letting it play would not have any issue. Just don’t try to add any 3rd party active games and expect them to run smoothly.The case, if you choose the bundle that includes it, is very protective. I’ve dropped the tablet myself and watched it bounce on the rubber corners and take no damage.
