I got this because the blood strips are less expensive – but have read in more than one place that they are very accurate – in use, it does not need much blood to make it work – works for me

Easy to use
This replaced my last one ( it went almost 10 yrs-same brand) and this is a new version. The graphics are easy to use and it has a non-slip back on it, which is cool.

Incomplete package
I bought it several months ago, today I opened it for the first time because I just talked to my diabetes doctor and finally decided to record my blood sugar level. Then I realized that it only has an instruction, an reader and an empty storage bag. Where are the lancets and strips? Then I thought it might because I only bought the reader, but I read the description on its box, which said it should have include the strips and lancet. It should not be âleakâ out from the package because I am the one who opened the seal. But it was several months away from I bought it so I donât think I can talk to their customer service. Just wanted everyone to check what in there once when it arrived and donât forget to take a video.

I did a lot of research before I picked this brand. This brand was highly rated so I bought it. It operates just like my last one did. A ReliOn that I have had for years. I don’t need all the bells and whistles and blue tooth and all that stuff so I bought the EZ model. It consistently reads my glucose levels substantially Lower than my old one does. I check myself with each one at the same time just to see how closely they match. Might as well use up my old strips. My old ReliOn has been up to 16 points higher than this one. And it always shows a higher reading than this Contour one that I bought. So with its good reputation for accuracy I am glad I bought it. Just wish the test strips were cheaper.
