Everything you could hope for
I’ve had these dumbbells for about a year now, and have used them frequently. This is one of my favorite purchases, and I cant recommend them enough. Theyre very ergonomic and comfortable on the handles. Changing the weight by turning the handles is very easy and they never catch, as i’ve been warned about with other adjustable dumbbells. Cheaper and more space efficient than a dumbbell set, this is a great buy. I would highly recommend getting the stand with them too. Its very sturdy and at a great height for easily adjusting the dumbbells.

Great Adjustable Dumbbell Weight Set!
I never do anything half-*ssed regarding significant purchases, i.e., I research professional reviews and also get a take for personal reviews, especially the negative ones. The company supported their product with excellent customer service (note: I do not know this personally, but from what I have read, they do a good job of this).All of the aforementioned were answered positively by what I read and reviewed. So, what was my first impression? The delivery was on time and the packaging was excellent. Two boxes were delivered to my door, and I had zero issues with the boxes/packaging. Assembly was simple. Fast forward to working out everyday (upper body one day and lower body the next) the last few weeks and I am extremely impressed with my weight set. Why? First and foremost, I discovered for myself what others had already discovered – this is a quality weight set, with little to no movement of the weights while in motion; and the set is compact, where someone lean like myself can easily maneuver the weights while doing various exercises. For example, when you are doing overhead tricep extensions with one weight at maximum weight (50 lbs), it is very important that you have a good two handed grip while maneuvering into the overhead position. I was concerned before buying the weights that the adjustable mechanism would interfere or not be comfortable either during the process of getting into the position or actually doing the tricep extension exercise. NO WORRIES . . . IT IS QUITE COMFORTABLE – BOTH GETTING INTO THE POSITION AND DOING THE ACTUAL EXERCISE. Regarding the actual adjustment mechanism, it is well made and so simple to use. One turn of the wrist and you move the weight dial up or down. Simple.The only issue – a minor one – is removing the weights from the floor rack when you exceed approximately 25 or more lbs. This is simply rectified by using your foot on the side bar of the rack. Quite frankly, more times than not, it never happens if you remove the weights in a firm and deliberate manner.Conclusion? I am quite impressed with this adjustable weight set. Price was outstanding, as I only paid $249.91 and I am fairly confident that this weight set will last the rest of my life due to the quality of materials used to make this set.

There isn’t much to say. They are basically perfect. Assembly took literally 60 seconds once out of the box. The design is flawless. Good grip, good shape, easily change weights, extremely easy to pick up and put down. The design appears as if it will last a lifetime. The moving parts are not visible which makes me think they will honestly last a lifetime.

Great for home workouts – decent price
I bought this set of dumbbells in December of 2023 and have used them an average of four times a week since I received them. That said, I thoroughly enjoy this product for its functionality and ease of ergonomics (rather than switching out plates). I also felt the price was reasonable for the time and space it saved me.From unboxing the dumbbells it was a pretty simple setup, ensuring the plates were seated correctly in the rack and adding the 5lb. handles. From there the weights change as you rotate the handles from 5 lbs to 50 lbs (in increments of 5 lbs. each dumbbell). The bottoms of the dumbells are flat which makes it easy to place them on the ground between sets and to provide a flat surface for deeper pushups.While I do enjoy the functionality and durability of these dumbbells, I have two problems with them. The first is more of a user issue, as I work out in the early hours of the morning, and depending upon the exercise and the intensity of the workout my dumbells can make some loud audible clicking noises that have woken my family up before. The other issue stems from using 40 lbs. on up, as the weights stick in the rack causing me to put either a foot or hand on the rack to pull the weight out. This might sound petty, but I’m just trying to save your floor some dents in case you workout on a laminate/hardwood floor, as when the racks come up with the weights occasionally.Overall, these cost less than an average annual gym membership and can give you better results if you are self-motivated. I would recommend this as the first purchase if you are going to start working out from home.

So far, so good. Easy to use and great for small spaces
Pros: When I bought these, the price was still reasonable. It’s fast and easy to dial the weight that you want. The grip is pretty comfortable. The whole set has a very small footprint compared to a full set of dumbbells especially if you get the stand that’s made for them, which is available for a better price at the core fitness website. That stand is well designed and holds the dumbbells at a good height for picking up and putting back down.Cons: one of the “10 lb” dumbbells is a little tricky to put back in the cradle. Hopefully that’s not something that’s going to worsen over time. Other than that one dumbbell at that one weight, they click back into place easily. I find them a little hard to hold securely when trying to do a goblet squat or curl, or behind-the-head tricep extension, or any exercise where you have both hands placed on the inside of the plates on a single dumbbell, as opposed to gripping the handle. But for regular dumbbell exercises they work great! A con for some people might be that they only go up to 50 lbs. But at my age and strength level, that’s plenty. Overall, I’m very pleased.

We’ve been using these dumbells in our home gym for 6 months and we’re super impressed. The weights are easy to select/change and are sturdy out of the base station. What’s really assuring about them is that the weights slide into V-shaped slats. So when I’m on a bench and the weights are over my head its re-assuring to see that they’re secured by more than just the locking pin. “IF” there were ever a failure the weight likely wouldn’t fall on me…because the V-shaped groove wouldn’t allow it.The weights have remained locked during ‘fast’ (snap type) exercises and the handgrips have a moderate texture that provides grips without being as aggressive as knurling.
