These poles were easy to put together and seem well made. They break down nicely for storage in the accompanying bag and come with multiple tips for various terrain. Being aluminum, they are slightly heavier than a carbon fiber pole, put still a very comfortable weight for the average hiker. Worked Flawlessly!!
I just took these poles to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa.They are easy to open and close. Only after one time, I got used to the opening and closing sequences. I was able to collapse them and put them in their bags in less than 5 minutes.These pole are lightweight and strong!

Good value for what your getting, helped on recent vacation only wish they were able to be packed in carry on luggage and that they came with an attached carrying bag for the accessories, maybe future version will considering adding an attachable bag for accessories.

Really fantastic pole set. Comes with several tips for various uses. Folds very compact like tent poles and feels great to use. No wobble, bending, bowing, or any sign of instability. We beat it up and it’s held up wonderfully. Comfortable hand grips that aren’t slippery. Folds down as seen in picture with velcro strap to keep it all contained. Great set, definitely recommend.
