**Long-Lasting and Smooth – My Go-To Lip Liner!**
I promise I do not have lip filler! This lip stain pen is amazing! It glides on smoothly, has great staying power, and the color is a perfect match for my lipsticks. It doesn’t smudge or feather, and it adds color to my face without needing lipstick just apply plus chapstick and look so much cleaner. It’s exactly what I was looking for and has quickly become a favorite in my makeup bag!

I like the product/formula but Color is not what I expected
Review is for Color: 20 AdmireLip stains are my favorite lip product these days, but I am particular about them. I don’t like the types that use a wand and then we dip it into liquid. Since Covergirl Outlast Lipstain is like a marker, I was excited for it. I like using this as my lip liner since it goes well with PH lipsticks by Magic Kiss and MoodMatcher. I don’t see myself using the CG lipstain alone since it’s semi drying and can be patchy. I only have one color so I don’t know if every shade is patchy. To be clear, the lipstain doesn’t cause my lips to be dry. It’s just not moisturizing the lips. Depending on the baseline of your natural lips the experience will be different for everyone. I think CG lipstains are best used with a gloss, topper, or another lipstick to fill in my lips. I apply the lipstain on dry, clean lips. I allow it to fully dry before applying something over it.It’s a matte finish. However, nothing is transferproof on my lips including this product since I snack/eat often throughout the day. Transfer is minimal and it doesn’t get messy compared to traditional lipstick. It’s probably long lasting and smudge-proof if you fast. Pigmentation was good. Better than r.e.m. beauty’s lip stain marker. It has a light fruity smell. Almost cotton candy at times. Non-offensive. Not overpowering. I did not notice any bitter taste in my mouth. Made in the USA with imported parts. I really have no complaints about this product besides the color is wrong for me.I chose Admire (20) because I thought it was a lightish pinky mauve. Instead, it’s a dark mauve color like 90’s grunge. A plum shade. Keep in mind I am light-skinned with yellow undertone. It would look different on a deeper skin tone. The swatches/doodling I did on my hand looks lighter than on my lips. It was quite difficult to capture the color accurately in my photos. Hopefully my review is still helpful. I want to order more colors so I’ll update my review in the future. Would I recommend this lippie? It’s definitely not for everyone. It really depends on what you want out of it or expect from it. I have buck teeth and traditional lipsticks always get stuck on my teeth so I find lipstains/PH lipsticks work the best for my type of mouth. My options are kind of limited.

Shade Admire
Admire- This is my perfect “my lips but better” color for me! I definitely wouldn’t call it a nude, it’s a cool toned mauve pink. The marker dries pretty quickly and I love that you can build the color. Once it dries it feels like nothing on my lips which I love. I’m a low maintenance lip balm girl, & I hate long wear lipstick that flakes or formulas that smear. It definitely fades over the entire day but does it in a very pretty, subtle way. It’s usually 6 or more hours before I notice any fading, and that’s with lip balm over it. Reapplying is a breeze, I just tissue off whatever is on my lips and color it back in. My one caveat is not all the shades are created equal but this on is perfect for me.

Color far from natural, bled around edges
The color (crimson glory) was extremely bright and looked like something from a child’s makeup set after it was applied.It might look pretty on a young person with a dark complexion . I tried blotting it to get it not to scream over the rest of my makeup, but it didn’t help. The color lasted acceptably well, but the edges bled over the course of the day. Not only will I not buy it again, I will not wear it again.

Drank quite a bit and nothing budged, really beautiful deep purple colour goes great with a gloss. Also smells sooooo good!!!!

I purchased it after seeing a video on instagram, it didn’t glide like the video suggested and neither did it look like depicted in the video. It goes on a lot darker and patchy. Not a fan

First off, I ordered the Pumpkin colour and they sent me the Corny.Not a big deal, the corny one actually looks like a pale orangey gold which is nice.The problem is it takes a lot of product to cover and show up evenly. It also wears down unevenly, with my lower lip always appearing to have product but the top not having any. When I try to adjust it doesn’t layer well, with the newly added parts transferring to the dry area, leaving it even more uneven.I ended up barely getting any use out of it. It didn’t dry up, the product just ran out because it takes so much to make any impact.I was tempted by the cuteness of the Halloween editions but it didn’t even make it to Halloween, such a waste of money.I’ve tried the regular stain, (non halloween edition) I find the shades hit or miss but even my least fave colour that goes on patchy still is better than this, and my favourite, the atomic red I think it is called, feels like another product entirely in how much better the quality is.
