Total mess.
Eyeshadows were nothing but loose powders when received. Some of the shadows were dark gray and it was a mess. It was mailed in a larger box to have just eyeshadow. The shadows were. Wrapped in plastic wrap and the box had paper to hold them in place but they should have been placed in the middle of the box with packaging all around it but sere placed on bottom of box. To big of mess to try and return.
