I have very thick coarse hair that always gets split ends. I’ve been using their conditioner for over a year. I haven’t had my hair cut since last April 2023. Conditioner OK. Not special but it works. But the bottle is impossible to squeeze. Have to remove lis entirely and shake hard. I put it in another squeezable bottle to use. Don’t they know we have to squeeze the conditioner out. They must not use their own product.
