Surprisingly good stuff
I have very sensitive skin on my neck. Often deal with some razor burn after a shave. Most products that I’ve tried that are meant to soothe razor burn have either not worked at all or not worked well. A few have even been more irritating to my skin than the razor burn itself. However, one product that did work exceptionally well for me is Musgo Real after shave balm. That stuff works great for me but I’m simply not willing to pay the price. It’s always been expensive but it’s just ridiculously expensive now.
I read some good reviews for the cooling version of this Cremo balm. On a whim, I decided to try this sensitive skin version. I have to say that I’m surprised to find that this works exceptionally well for me. I splash on a little bit of Witch Hazel as usual and deal with the mild sting from that and follow it up immediately with a very small amount of this Cremo sensitive skin balm and rub it gently on my neck. My neck is still damp from the witch hazel which helps spread the Cremo balm around. Within a couple minutes, the sting from the razor burn is gone and it doesn’t return. It’s doesn’t leave an oily feeling as many moisturizers can and which I cannot stand. More of maybe just a soft “waxy” feeling that isn’t annoying at all. Maybe that’s because I use a small amount but whatever the case, I don’t notice it and it’s not bothersome to me. Everyone is different but this Cremo just works great for me. Every bit as well as the Musgo did in terms of soothing the irritation from razor burn. And while I liked the fairly light fragrance of the Musgo, I prefer that this Cremo is fragrance free. Only negative is that the squeeze bottle is a bit rigid and the cremo is thick so it’s a little bit of a chore to get it out of the bottle. But that’s just a nit pick. This Cremo balm gets 5 stars from me. Just works great and is inexpensive.

Cremo may be the solution.
An after shave lotion exclusive to any skin type yet becomes a face remedy to the cool touch. If having trouble shaving, this formula makes a cut to a immediate saver. My new formula to apply to face. A must for first time users from young males to men whom shave everyday.

Nice Hand Cream
Too thick, too sticky, too difficult to apply, too hard to even get out of the bottle for an aftershave. This is about as far on the end of the aftershave balm spectrum as you can get, ranging from a pure 14% alcohol toner with aloe vera (Thayers) to this. With many, many more suitable products in between, including any number of thicker-than-a-splash aftershaves from G. F. Trumper, Speick, La Toja, Musgo Real, Jack Black, Nivea, Proraso and many others. Any “balm” that needs to be applied with a palette knife and feels like your face is coated with wax the rest of the day is special purpose. Say, the Arctic circle on a summer day, when you could actually apply this as an aftershave, a lip balm, a moustache wax and a hand cream (for which I would guess it’s excellent), from the same bottle. It’s very protective once on – sort of like plastic wrap or banana leaves. For everyday use by normal humans with normal skin in normal weather, after a shave, not so much, although diluting it with something like witch hazel when applying might be an option. Four stars (generously) because a modified dilution might give you a decent aftershave, but there are alternatives that don’t require as much effort, either in applying or extracting from the bottle.

Very Effective
Face feels great after use. Well worth the money.

Soothes the skin very well
This is a great product that is very effective for soothing your face after a shave. A little bit goes a long way. I typically finish a daily shave, apply alum followed by an aftershave, and then this balm. Apart from soothing your face, it also locks in the after-shave scent for a long time.
The only con of the design of the bottle itself. The plastic is quite hard to press so it takes some time to squeeze the product out. A squirt dispenser (like we have on hand soaps) would have been much better to use.

Great after shave product
I’ve used Cremo shaving products for years. The aftershave smells great and is very soothing. Overall wonderful product

Not for me
In a world that makes sense, you lather up and shave your face, your face is irritated, so you apply an aftershave lotion, cream, or gel which normally would sting for a hot second but then feel great, this stuff did the opposite for me, I rubbed it on, no sting, fifteen minutes later and for the rest of the day, sting. Not for me.

Its says “No Synthetic Fragrance”, but it IS scented (probably with Natural Ingredients)
I am desperately searching for an unscented post shave lotion after my long time Everyman Jack lotion was discontinued. It is hard to find a product listed as Unscented. This one said “No Synthetic Fragrance”. I suspected that I might be tripped up by the word “Synthetic” and I was right. I immediately discovered a scent upon squeezing it out of the bottle. I tried it anyway, because many “unscented” products do have an initial scent which disappears after it soaks in. I tried an Aveeno product many years ago which was listed as unscented, but initially smelled like Amaretto but quickly disappeared upon soaking in (also discontinued to my chagrin). I applied the product. After about a minute, I could not take the scent anymore and immediately washed my face to remove as much of the scent as possible. Now I’m on the search for another product. I hate when companies discontinue stuff.
