IT DOES WORK ! I RECOMMEND 100%
Let me start by saying that I’m 28 years old and I never had my teeth whitened or even crossed my mind in doing so, I thought they look “okay” the way they were but boyyy I was wrong. This is a review with some info of my own experience using the product & to guide you on what you might expect and maybe help you with a decision. Aight, now I want to say that this product has impressed me soo much that this might be the longest review I ever wrote and no, I have not been sponsored or paid by this company, this is just my opinion and my honest review. Anyways, Crest 3D White Strips is one of those things that you didn’t know you needed but trust me, this thing it’s amazing. It went beyond my expectations and it’s one of those products that I’ll be buying on the regular from now on. Make sure that you are consistent and follow the directions when using it. The kit comes with 20 treatments + 2 One Hour Express treatments as a bonus. So it takes 20 days for the whole process plus 2 more days if you use the bonus treatments. One treatment per day and each treatment comes with 2 “whitening strips” one for lower and one for upper teeth.Also a little DISCLAIMER : I took pictures of the whole process and under the same lighting at around the same time of the day, I tried to take the photos with the same angle but no angle is exactly the same. Due to this some photos might look slighty different and with slighty different colors. You might also notice some slight color variations but every phone screen is different. As a reference the photos were taken on a Galaxy S22 Plus. I will also label the photos so you know which part of the process they are from. The pictures were taken as follows:1. before starting the kit (DAY 1)2. Half way tru the kit (DAY 10)3. At the end of the kit (DAY 20)4.after using the 1 Hour Express (DAY 21)5.after using the 2nd 1 Hour Express (DAY 22)6. And last, a picture from before starting the whole kit and a picture from the very end of the whole kit including the 2 One Hour Express.(DAY 1 & DAY 22)So to clarify, I used the whole kit including the 2 bonus treatments back to back but I don’t think you have to do it exactly that way; I think is better if you use the 2 bonus treatments down the line, maybe a few months after the regular kit to somehow “extent” the whitening effect..? I think that is the reason why the whitening effect is less noticeable on the 1 Hour Express photos than the regular kit photos.Also on another note.. You might have seen on the reviews that you get sensitive teeth while using the kit, this is true but is not as bad a you think, at least for me it wasn’t. In my experience I had sensitive teeth on some of the days that I used the kit but it goes away in a hour or two after each treatment. Sensitive tooth paste should help but dont let that discourage you cuz the end results are soo worth it !Now, I want to end this review by saying that this product is worth every penny and I 100% recommend this to anyone. Works Very Well
These work incredibly well. Iâve been using them for years now and Iâve gotten comments from family members about how white my teeth are. The downside to these is that your molars and any other teeth/area of your teeth that isnât contacted by them will still remain whatever color they are (thatâs obvious, but worth mentioning I suppose). Thatâs the difference between these and whitening at a dentist, these only can hit a certain amount of your teeth. That said, what they do hit will whiten incredibly well if you continue using these for a long time period. Iâve literally been using them for years now, just donât overdo it where you cause tooth pain. If youâre just starting out, you can do it nearly daily, but you need to give yourself breaks and let your enamel heal up. Once you feel soreness the day after, give it some time between uses. At the point Iâm at now, I just use them maybe once a week or every other week, and I have no pain from it. Just donât overdo it, be smart about it.Also, you can use a couple sets of these to hit your teeth further back if you want. Itâs hard to get them on your molars, physically speaking, but it can be done. If you do this you can whiten nearly your entire mouth, just takes a little ingenuity.

Best whitener I’ve used.
I was using a Colgate whitening pen previously, which I had to apply at night before I went to bed, and it did whiten a little bit but I found it to be such a hassle to use that I didn’t use it consistently enough to produce the effects I wanted.I decided to give these a try and eureka! I finally have the really white, but still natural looking teeth that I was looking for.Not only did these whiten but they are so much easier to use. I usually apply them after brushing my teeth in the morning and then I wear them as I go on a walk. They blend in so well that people can’t tell that I’m wearing them if I just say hi in passing.I first went through a whole box, wearing them everyday and that got my teeth where I wanted them to be. I also sometimes left them in for a full hour instead of 30 minutes, with no negative effects. My teeth did get slightly sensitive sometimes but I use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth and it never got that uncomfortable and it went away quickly.After that first box I will use a strip every week or so just for maintenance, because I drink a lot of coffee and sometimes tea.

These are going to work, but be warned
Iâve whiten my teeth a few times, but I purchased my strips from my Dentist. They worked great great these are going to work great even though this is only my second day using them; they are very strong. They will give you a chemical burn on your gums if youâre not careful where you place your strips. I can tell theyâre going to work again, because they are very strong and they do stick to your teeth like glue. So if you have sensitive teeth, be careful because I do not have sensitive teeth and when I first put them on my teeth, felt funny and a bit sensitive. So if you have sensitive teeth, be careful if you have dentures be careful because when you pull them off, they stick like glue. You literally have to pry them off. I would purchase again depending on my outcome so I will update later.

These really work
I went to the dentist and asked the hygienist about teeth whitening and she said in office the cost is $650. She then told me to try the Crest white strips first so I did. These strips started working for me after the second day and after finishing the 22 days my teeth were significantly whiter. The strips stick to my teeth really well and caused little to no sensitivity. Another plus from using these is that it has caused me to start paying more attention to my oral health and appreciate my white teeth. I will buy these again and recommend these to anyone.
