I got these when I had to take a stretch of antibiotics. It is recommended that when on antibiotics, that you take some kind of pre and probiotic. So thos was a two in one, for a good price. I can tell it does something because after I’d take my dose, my stomach would start to make super loud noises. Never lead to a stomach ache or discomfort. It simply let me know that something was going on in my gut after having taken said dose. My only gripe, is that I wish they did not have sugar and or other unnecessary potentially toxic or harmful ingredients.
