I love the look of the curls. Its exactly what i had been looking for in my flat iron as well as my wand. I would say you have to manual twist the cord as the iron will not sit flat between curls. I also noticed today, the clamp will not come down as well on my hair so I have to manual close the wand to get my hair to hold. The medium iron is what I use on my just below the shoulder lenght hair.

Not what I was expecting
The Curling brush on this product has already been used it wasn’t wrapped in plastic & the cord wasn’t even wrapped up it was basically thrown in the box, for the price I paid I wasn’t expecting to receive an already used product!!! I do not recommend this brand at all !!! I don’t want a used curling iron when I pay full price!!!!! Sending it back for refund very unhappy !!

Bad cord
I actually use this curling iron even though I wish there were some things about it that were better. The clamp does not actually tighten all the way. my hair tends to slip through so I had to change my technique. The cord does not rotate well so whenever I turn it multiple times it tangles into a mess and I have to turn it upside down and let it unwind after every couple curls. The curls look great and last times so for now I have decided it is worth it.
