Vitamins developed dark spots
Iâve ordered these several times and noticed in my recent order the pills changed colors and developed dark spots. I reached out to the company and was told this was due to the vitamin b absorbing moisture and they were safe to consume. I am getting rid of them as I donât think this is safe to consume and why would they absorb moisture? No other info from the company or resolution. Very disappointed.

From the first day I took these, I felt a difference right away. I started taking 4 capsules a day. You are supposed to take 6 a day. I feel good taking the 4 capsules, but may work my way up to 6. I will continue to buy these. I have a difficult time finding multivitamins that actually seem like they are working for me. I really like this brand. I was using the mineral complex prior to buying these.
