We used to get Costco style multivitamin, which are big bulky very hard to swallow. the product itself seems great! itâs a great value especially for two bottles and I love that itâs vegan. just wanted to warn other people with sensitive skin that it did cause me to break out, so careful if youâre sensitive to supplements with iodine and biotin in them!

They’re approximately 5-6mm across and very easy to swallow. If only they had a safe vegan coating to remove the vitamin taste and then they’d be outstanding.
