Very Informative
This book makes it so simple to understand nutrition. If you have no clue about nutrition and looking for a reference you won’t be disappointed. Everything is broken down very simply (in English).

Kindle Problem
Problem! I loaded the text onto my Kindle. The format is such that I can’t move about in the text. The content is excellent and it is easy to read and understand. I suggest buying a hard copy rather than a Kindle.

Too Little
Maybe I didn’t read the blurb carefully enough, but I expected a full-size volume when I ordered this book. What I got was a very small, pocket-sized book with minimal detail. I also expected a concise explanation of nutrition needs. I was not pleased with the book.
