Update: Been taking since it arrived. After a couple of days I started taking it twice a day and I have not noticed a difference. What has been on my mind is the sweetness, why all the sugar and I just noticed it contains sunflower oil. I cancelled my subscription. I purchased two bottles, one approx half done. Going to natural remedies as much as I can, beginning to realize most supplements provide no health benefits.Cannot speak on effectiveness since it just arrived yesterday, however, I wanted to comment on the taste.The consistency is like a syrup, I licked the seal to taste, not bad. Measured 1 tbsp and drank it, itâs a little citrus and sweet, itâs actually good enough by its self. Earlier today I poured it into my drinking bottled and surprised I didnât really like it. Tonight, I prepared my Acacia with two tbsp and poured the Vit C into that cup and that mixture was great! Iâll update on the quality and effects at another time in the future Lord willing.

12/2023I receive this on auto ship. Vitamin C is very beneficial to our bodies.I like that this is a liquid and gets absorbed without the capsules.The taste for me is like a very very sweet Dreamcicle with some other added flavor. It does make me cringe, and leaves a questionable taste in my mouth. Hence the 4 stars vs 5. I don’t expect liquid supplements to be yummy . I do think they could cut back on the glycerin or other added flavor that is causing this. I don’t mix in any juice as I have several liquid supplements I take and I prefer to not mix them in one glass of juice or water.I do like this brand and feel it works well for my body and will keep on auto-ship. While others are sick around me I continue to stay well. I do have an arsenal of supplements and this is in it.

Arrived today. Bought this premium priced product as liposomal supposed to be absorbed better. Iâve been taking powder ascorbic acid buffered with a little real bicarb for years. I stopped 6 months ago and went onto camu camu powder as whole food vit c much better for you and ascorbic acid at high doses can deplete your copper creating anaemia on blood tests. So thisâ¦. ONE tablespoon â¦thick gluckâ¦into a shot glass and put marks and spencer pomegranate juice on it⦠it went whiteâ¦. Okâ¦fizzes like my old powderâ¦.but stayed thick⦠so loosen the mix with water. Within 10 mins Iâd got a burning sensation like a stomach ulcer feels really high up. I drank a full bottle water to try dilute. Not good productâ¦. I wonât be using it again Iâll be giving it away and at £24 someone will fall lucky! Iâm back on the camu camu powder in tart cherry from tomorrow. Do yourself a favourâ¦.donât buy this.
