Tablet has been slow since day one. Then I notice a few days later that it doesnât stay charged for long and it wonât stay connected to WiFi. Not worth it!! Would have returned but the original packing was thrown out accidentally.

As they are willing to kinda make things right. They need to look in to why these devices have so many issues. The company did reach out to me and try to make the situation better by giving me an amazon gift card. Which is great but I’ve definitely spent to much in shipping devices to them. So if by chance dragon touch is reading this.1. Give your customers free warranty shipping for at least the first year.2. It is always slow, especially with games and the battery does not stay charged long at all. We’re pretty much only going to use it for Netflix in the car. It’s less expensive than some other tablets, but still not worth the money.
