Works Great!
Some people complained after the company switched from using a plastic case to hold the floss to a paper one, but I haven’t had any issues whatsoever with the switch. Highly recommend this product!

Favorite floss yet
Great floss⦠it is soft but has texture , it feels like itâs softly SCRAPING tartar off. Must be the wax. Feels very durable. Easy on the gums (in my opinion anyway) we floss every , and have for years now. We went from using the oral B glide floss to this, no regrets. Immediately liked it ! Wanted a floss that was free of PTFE and PFAS. 🙂

Comfortable and flavorless, but smells bad
I was trying to find a woven floss after discovering Johnson and Johnson gentle gum care floss was discontinued. I think I may actually end up liking this brand better. I’ve used it once so far and wanted to review first impressions. I have a bridge, and crooked teeth and did not have issues with shredding. Albeit this is not usually an issue I generally ever have, except for between two particular teeth. It didn’t hurt my fingers, it didn’t hurt any of my gums, and it was thick enough for me to feel like my bridge was being cleaned. I feel like I needed less floss to clean my entire mouth. I usually need two things of floss, 1 for top, 1 for bottom. The paper dispenser is kinda weird, and at first I thought it was broken because the floss wasn’t pulling out, but it’s ok. One thing is that the smell is really bad. I have no idea what cardamom flavor is, but it does not smell good. It smells like some sort of forest scent. The scent didn’t really affect flavor, though. To me it was flavorless. Overall I would recommend this because my gums don’t feel sore after flossing (even after flossing regularly), but if there are other flavors available I would recommend trying those instead.
Edit: 4.22.23 – After using this for 2.5 months, I like the floss overall. I feel like it cleans my teeth really well and much better than GUM/Kroger waxed or Oral B Glide comfort plus floss. This floss really does pick up plaque or food bits that are stuck in between my teeth and i feel like some other flosses just aren’t capable of atually getting all/any of the gunk out (looking at you Oral B Glide comfort plus floss). Other flosses have irritated and made the gums of my bridge bleed, Dr. Tung’s doesn’t do that & feels comfortable to use in that area. 🙂 I’ve gotten used to the cardamom smell and it doesn’t really bother me anymore, i barely notice it. i guess it was just a very new scent to me that I never experienced before but I’m used to it now. I just wish they had other flavors/scents like cinnamon. They have lemongrass, but that does not seem appealing scent wise.

Great Floss, Poor Packaging
I have used this floss for years and it used to come in an easy to use container. It now comes in a paper one and the way it is designed it is impossible to tear off the floss. The floss itself is still great. I wish they would have noted to maybe keep one of the plastic containers the floss used to come in and just sent the floss, not the paper container. I ended up ordering a reusable container from a different brand to put this floss in so it is usable. I understand wanting to cut down on plastic but this company should offer a reusable container for their floss.
