This is a product every person who shaves should own!! I was in Duluth MN on Vacation and purchased a sample pack and this shaving cream is different but excellent. It’s like concentrated so a little goes a long way. A little dab and a tiny amount of water rub on face and shave. You won’t get foam but it’s thick and helps irritations. I have a small one for travel and a large one for at home. BONUS try the cool aftershave not only does it smell good it’s cooling on your face.

Rough shave.
This is the worst shave I’ve had in a long time and I used a new blade , my last shave was with a bar of soap because I was waiting for this to be shipped to me. The product does not protect , shaving is rough. I would seriously dread each time I had to shave with this product. Also it smells of bar soap. Not worth the cash , I’m returning for a refund.

Highest quality “pre-prepared” shaving cream I’ve found yet
If you’re not going to go full barber-shop spec with your shaving routine, this is the next best thing that I’ve found. A little goes a long way, it maintains its sheer and lubricity far longer than the typical canned stuff—usually just a slight re-wetting of the skin is all that’s necessary to bring it right back to that creamy consistency if you’ve been working on another area. Plus it has much higher quality moisturizers that really cut down on the irritation in my experience. It’s not the cheapest stuff out there but it lasts a while and the convenience vs. quality factor is a sweet spot for me. Definitely recommend trying it! For review context, I shave my entire head, neck, shoulders and “other areas” with a cartridge razor, but maintain a full beard so I can’t speak to face shaving experience. I expect it would perform just as well, however.

Light Scented and Excellent
I have been wet shaving for about a year. I use a starter badger brush [link] that was purchased for me. I was given two at the time and the first one lasted about a year. I’m looking forward to trying out different brushes in the future. I also use a pre-shave oil that is [link] castor oil and a few additives.Duke Cannon Shave Cream lathers up well. I used a nickel sized dollop into a bowl. It only took 30 seconds to get a good lather. The scent of the lather is very light, but pleasant. With that amount of cream, I was able to cover my neck (I wet trim the edges of my beard and keep my neck looking clean).I am a big fan of the way Duke Cannon market’s their stuff. It shows they care about their products, but don’t take themselves too seriously. I have a few other things by them and am impressed.If you’re looking for a light scented shaving cream for a wet shave, this is it.
