Very versatile! My new favorite accessory!
I was skeptical in purchasing this particular bar versus other more popular bars but the kettle adapter/barbell adapter combo for the price was the deciding factor. I am very happy. This bar has really expanded the variety of exercises available with the weights I already have. The quality turned out to be excellent.I use the standard fixed DBs you’d find at a gym, ranging from 5-40LBs. 15LB and above weights hold pretty well without sliding too much. The lighter weights have a thinner handle therefore tend to slide back and forth as you swing the bar.I solved this by placing the foam packaging strip the bar was delivered in, between the DB handle and the clamp. This held the weight in place very well.I’m also using the bar with bands. I run the bands through the bar clamps and do shoulder presses, curls or squats.I wasn’t expecting to use the Kettle bell adapter much, however, I found it’s easier on the wrist when performing Turkish Get-ups.Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product. I wish I had discovered it sooner.

Make sure they fit your dumbbells. If they do, they work well.
These do not fit my FitRx adjustable dumbbells, which is disappointing.But this was something I had the capacity to understand before buying and I didn’t bother to check, so I put up with them only fitting my other dumbbells. For the ones they fit, they work very well and you’ll have a very versatile tool at your disposal by acquiring this.

The metal quality is great, very solid and not cheap feeling at all. Very easy to use, and it does hold the dumbbell well. Very good design and I really love it. Even though the price is quite high but the quality does explain it, very nice quality.

Fantastic, but not perfect
This dumbbell converter is fantastic.High quality materials, feels durable, and easy to use. The two clamps are locked by two twist hubs. It holds the dumbbells relatively well in place. It’s definitely pricey, but the performance and quality justifies it (or very closely). I’d put this closer to $150.For the dumbbells I used, there are some slight gaps between the clamps, so when I tilt, the dumbbells slide slightly. It’s not a big deal, but can be annoying, and you should exercise with caution. I used 25lbs on both sides. The workouts feel dynamic and just as if we were using a barbell. I plan to use 55lbs eventually.The kettlebell isn’t what I signed up for, but it’s a nice plus. Easy to use.If there was a way for the clamps to close in proportion to the size dumbbells you’re using and was priced closer to $150, I’d give it 5 stars.Still a solid option to consider.

cap weights wiggle put more rubber in the clamps
Yeah if they put just a little bit more rubber in the clamps this thing would be perfect but as it stands now they wiggle while you lift. Cool idea almost perfect
