Works great- but one stopped working in 6 months
This is a great product for the price. Unfortunately the white one started acting up 3 months in not having full steam even after a full charge.4 months in it required a slight tap to start up or when the 30 second pause came.At 6 months it stopped working completelyâ¦It may be better to spend the extra $ for a top name brand that will replace within 6 months to a year⦠instead, I will be spending more money to buy a new sonic toothbrush.Great if it is not for daily useâ¦. The 2nd toothbrush is only used about 3X per week by my husband and it works like new still

A few issues but overall good
We bought this in January 2022 – itâs November 2023. We have 4 of these. The silver cover fell off my toothbrush about 6 months ago. The base stopped working for one of the 4 about two weeks ago. So Iâm going to have to buy another entire toothbrush to replace one of these. Other than that, the lightweight feature is a solid 10/10. The bristles are soft. Itâs easy to use. The settings are really good and the noise is minimal. Charging is easy – but just know that not both sides are the charging side.

Completely stopped working after 9 months
We loved this duo until yesterday. The battery lasted during several 4 or 5 day trips without charging. It does a thorough job of cleaning. I like that it pauses every 30 seconds, to prompt you to switch to another quarter of the mouth. But yesterday the black one suddenly would not turn on. The blue light comes on, but no amount of turning, button pushing, cleaning or cussing at it will make it come back on. I will look for a replacement unit and hopefully the white one won’t die too.

Dentist is very pleased with how clean my teeth stay, and how it prevents me from brushing too hard, protecting my gums. Love that this version offers 2 different colors, so we don’t mistake whose is whose.

Terrible decision. Soon as it arrived, it could only charge one toothbrush at a time. Annoying but not end of the world. Now one toothbrush has stopped working completely. Tacky, useless product. Not sure how it has so many good reviews. Very suss.
