Creamy and Hydrating
This eye cream lives up to its name! Hydrates the under eye area very well. Itâs a creamy texture, is absorbed well and doesnât sit on top of the skin. It is not greasy. I am 56, I have dry skin and I was afraid this would not be hydrating enough for me; but this is a wonderful, hydrating eye cream.

ELF hydrating eye cream is a good for all skin types it packs a lot of moisture and a slight plumping and soaks up without being greasy or pilling up with other products. I have sensitive skin and have not experienced a sensitivity. personally I need just a little more so I tend layer something thicker on top of the under eye lines to lock in moisture. This definitely gets the job done on a budget, If you like Neutrogena hydro eye cream and want something less costly you may like this too. If you have prime shipping be careful what you order with it to qualify for next day as you may have stuff leaking all over it.

good BUT not to wear under makeup
Product is good and hydrating to wear on a regular day to day basis, BUT if you are a makeup wearer, I don’t recommend it! My makeup immediately creased and started lifting once I put my concealer over this eye cream (this usually doesn’t happen to me with any other eye cream). Now I only wear it on days that I know I won’t wear makeup 🙁

Petit pot de creme qui fait du bien quand on l’applique. Je le mets le matin en dessous des yeux, une autre creme hydratante sur le reste du visage et tout seche assez vite pour que je puisse me maquiller avant de partir au travail. j’ai mis “fait du bien” car oui, c’est bien frai a la sortie de la douche, mais ca ne fait qu une semaine que je l’utilise, donc toutes les proprietes anti-cernes ne se voient pas (encore ou ne se verront jamais ca je n’en sait rien), mais en tout cas, bonne hydratation. Je recommande quand meme.
