    As an “aspiring” senior, I cannot stress enough how big the following two things are: first is how the body changes compared to the younger years, and, second, how much of a difference comes from making some kind of movement and putting some challenges on the body as we age. This is a well-written, compelling book that helps the reader get off the couch and get healthy through the right mindset, and the right kind of movement.

    If you haven’t exercised in a while this book is perfect! Good sound advice, some of which as seniors we may not want to hear, like, trying a marathon for the first may not be a good idea. Damn guess I’ve missed that boat! Good clear exercise instructions grouped into sections lower body, core etc.I thoroughly enjoyed this book and know you will too!Highly recommend.
