I really love this vibration plate. It is really working! I like the different speeds. I do it for 15 minutes every day. You really feel it when you get off the plate. It works the legs, hips, tummy and even reaches chest depending on the speed. It feels different if your feet are close to each other or more spread. So you can adjust it to your needs. It is a very strong machine! I feel very stable on it. The rubber padding ensures that my feet are comfortable and sturdy attached to the plate. Remote works great but I adjust my plate with my toes when I donât have it handy. I also like that this plate is not huge so I can easily store it in small space. I am really satisfied with this product!

This unit doesn’t seem to have. Another of power and is especially prone to stopping when getting on. Step on aand it practically stops. It regains function once you get situated. I won’t perform any exercises that involve foot movement. It works okay if you ate sitting and using for circulation benefits. I would not repurchase this particular item. I purchase for bone health. I learned from a video on osteoporosis, that when using these it is important to bend the knees so that you don’t damage knee cartilage.

Donât waste your money
I am returning this product as the small nodes on product are uncomfortable and painful. I was not able to last more than 7 min on lowest setting due to the discomfort. I donât wear shoes inside my house and donât care to wear shoes on the machine, if itâs the only alternative. I also donât believe my feet would fit with shoes as Iâm a size 9 and feet just fit on machine. Same bumps hurts hands when doing plank pose or your butt when sitting on machine. Itâs also quite loud, thought it would be quieter. I reached out to their customer service as thatâs why they say on flyer that comes with machine only to be told to send back to Amazon, donât waste your time contacting them and just go through Amazon.

The one thing that is weird are the little nob things that are for your feet. I thought they were supposed to be magnetic, but I’m not sure. They they feel weird if I am bare footed on the board. I just use either running shoes or slippers so they don’t hurt my feet. Just a little too hard as my feet are sensitive. But I still really like the machine.
