I love the âstrength, training, workouts for seniors, two books in oneâ text. This book is great for those that find themselves past the point of becoming weak, (usually we donât even notice that itâs happening), and for those who want to keep that from happening. The exercises are very easy and can adjust them with weights if you want to, which is really convenient for those who are building up strength. Baz makes it so easy, because he has created workouts for you, no trying to figure it out yourself! And once you start seeing and feeling results, it becomes fun.
