Ok, so I should really be using this more than I do, however it really is helpful. This is the one my trainer had me using at the gym so I knew it would work for me. Just be aware that it is is VERY firm. Unless you already use one of these every day, it is going to be a bit painful, so you may want to start out with a softer one. But my trainer told me that using this one is not going to have a negative effect so why not use the firm one. Depending on just how tight the areas you want to work out are, consider which firmness level you can handle. This thing definitely does its job when I use it, and it is long enough for anything I need to do.
