Didn’t work for me.
It kept sliding down so I went for one that had Velcro straps and now it stayed in place.

exceptionally good
I have used this product almost daily for 2 years while exercising (elliptical) on both knees. I could not be happier. In fact, it is time to buy them again, and I looked at other products — but deliberately came back to this oneI have put this product through its paces — and they both have held up to aggressive indoor elliptical and weight training use

Will not stay in place
The knee sleeve in a 2X-Large will not stay in place. The sleeve slides down the leg if walking. It has no benefit for support for the knee.

When you ask for support I suppose that doesn’t mean comfortable. Could only wear this for about a half hour and then the discomfort was worse than the knee pain. This isn’t the fault of the product.

Very Good Support
Bought these for my husband who works 12 to 14 hours a day. He has trouble with his knees. He wears one on each knee and says he can not believe what a difference they have made, His knees never hurt. They hold up very well. I wash them in the washing machine every week and hang to dry. They have have held up well to many, many washings.

Better than others I’ve tried
I have fairly bad knees thanks to the follies of my youth. It’s really easy for me to go past the point of no return, especially since I (still) like to play sports and I work out at the gym 5-6 times a week. It always feels like I’m balancing on the edge of a sword. This sleeve helps make that edge a little thicker.I’m not the authority on knee braces/sleeves, but I’ve used some brands in the past and can say that this one is the best I’ve used so far. Yes, it slips over time. Good luck finding one that doesn’t without cutting off your blood circulation or restricting your motion.I received one of these for free at work when I popped my left knee lifting a heavy box. I quit the job shortly after, but I found that this brace helps stabilize my knees a lot during leg day at the gym. Since my right knee is nearly as bad, I’m ordering another one to keep my workouts balanced at the gym. It does get sweaty pretty fast though. Fortunately it seems to machine wash (cold) without becoming damaged.My knees are 13.5″ according to the measurement chart. I’m wearing a small to keep it tight without too much slippage (about three sizes smaller than the chart recommends). I only wear it when I workout the legs, however, so if you intend to wear it for more than an hour at a time, you should probably do it just one size down.

Knee brace for plus size woman
This item did not stay in place. If I had ordered another size I don’t think it would help because it slid over time, although it seemed to fit well at first. It did not provide me the support I needed when I sprained my knee. The compression was not enough.I also purchased McDavid Ligament Knee Support (Black, XX-Large) here on amazon. It provided much more support and the straps are adjustable which helped with sizing and amount of compression.I suggest the McDavid for someone that is plus size. I weigh 235 and work 12hr days. I was hoping the ProFlex 615 would be good for light support at work but I just couldn’t keep the compression in the right place and spent too much time pulling it back up.

I’ve own a few different braces from other brands. No other brands really compare for me.It’s like a compression sock that stretches. Rigid supports in the side wall. Top and bottom straps make a difference.
