Fantastic toothbrush and customer service from the manufacturer.
I love the cup storage. I use it on my bathroom counter to keep my toothbrush sanitary. The toothbrush itself is fantastic. I purchased it after I was told I have periodontal disease that requires intervention. My dentist could already see a difference in the health of my mouth and that was only after a week. I got a waterpik I use in combination with this and both have produced visible results documented by my dentist. I go back in a month and am looking forward to hearing how this is going results wise. This is a great investment in the overall health of your mouth. The brush has powerful to gentle vibrations. Multiple settings. The battery life is great. I brush more than most folks and my charge lasts around 3 weeks. My only request to the manufacturers is please make and sell extra brush heads!

Great electric toothbrush for the money
This is my first electric toothbrush. With that being said, it does a wonderful job at brushing my teeth and it seems like it is of good quality. It leaves my teeth feeling clean for a long time after I brush my teeth. I also like the different modes. My wife loves the learning mode and I like the soft mode. We also like that it comes with different toothbrush heads. The battery life is very long as well.The main complaint is that there are no replacement heads listed for sale on Amazon for this model. Also a USB C charging port would be better than the barrel style charging port.

Outstanding Customer Service
I have been using a toothbrush from Etekcity for 2 years now and they are wonderful! I recently ran out of toothbrush heads and had to contact customer service. I had a wonderful experience with Onda! She was very helpful and very quick to respond. She updated me on everything and I got a new toothbrush in a very timely manner, no charge. I feel extremely grateful to have this company as my dental hygiene supplier.

My dentist told me I needed to brush better, longer and be sure to get my gums. I read the reviews and ordered this electric toothbrush. From my first brushing my teeth feel like they do when I get my teeth clean. Each session is timed, a choice in brushing for teeth whitening, or regular etc and the tooth brush beeps when itâs time to move to the section in my mouth. The brush is a perfect size! I love the plastic brush cover for travel and the storage case. Itâs great!!!
