Asian lash hero!
As someone with very stubborn short lashes who can never get her lashes to stay up, this has been a great product to try. Some times I just add this to my lashes and don’t even finish with mascara. It does leave a small white residue if you do that.

I’m impressed!
I was looking for some kind of clear serum, or gel of sort, to “highlight” and curve my lashes subtly, without having to worry about getting black smudges during the day, or having to remove it at night necessarily, and I think this is it! I just curled my lashes and put on this product, and the photo was taken an hr later! Is now 3 hrs later and they’re still curved!! They don’t feel heavy or too hardened either. I’m happy with my purchase âºï¸

Great product!
I gave this only 4 stars because as many have mentioned, it seems as though it is empty. I have to really move it around in the tube to get the product on. I understand.its a primer and not mascara shouldn’t coat as such, but it seems very thin going on, but then when I add mascara, I can see a huge difference. I will definitely reorder, but maybe straight from website to see if there is a difference in Amount of product.

Repeat purchases
This is the only mascara helps my straight lashes stay curly throughout the day despite price. Loves it and wish I found it earlier. The trick is to warm your lash curler with hair dryer before curling lashes, and apply this product immediately. Learnt from YouTube and works like wonders.

Not great
I love Etude house & kbeauty so Iâm sad to rate this poorly, but I am not impressed. I donât see a difference when I use this versus mascara alone. Iâve applied to entire lash and the base. It dries pretty quickly and hardens so layers of mascara can clump together and are tough to comb out. It does flake towards the end of the day. Iâve also found that it causes my eyes to burn when I remove it. Iâve used oil free eye makeup remover, wipes, and oil cleanser – it burns regardless of method. I would not repurchase and gave up trying to finish the tube.

Decent Primer, but Not Dramatic Results
tâs alrightâit definitely helps to prime my lashes, but I didnât notice much of a difference in volume or length with this product.Pros:Lash Primer: It does a decent job of prepping my lashes for mascara, making them look a bit better.Long-Lasting: The formula is smudge-proof, which is a plus for all-day wear.Cons:Minimal Impact: I was expecting a more noticeable difference in volume. It helps, but not as much as I hoped.Overall, while the ETUDE Dr. Mascara Fixer is effective as a primer, it didnât quite meet my expectations for enhancing lash volume. If youâre looking for a basic primer, itâs worth trying, but donât expect dramatic results.

Great if you have a hard time keeping curl and building volume
I am Asian, so my lashes grow down and never keep their curl. I heard about this product on Instagram and had to get my hands on it. I ended up not receiving this on time when I ordered from Amazon, so I ordered it from another place I wanted to leave a review because I think this is a really good mascara base. There are two ways you can use it. You can use it as a mascara base to help keep the curl in your lash or to lift your lashes up from the route before applying your mascara. Or, can use it in between your coats of mascara to add a length. I do both because I have very tiny lashes that do not curl. What I do is curl my lashes, then apply one coat of this product. After a few minutes, I apply my first coat of mascara, and then reapply this product over the mascara, then let it dry. Lastly, I apply a second coat of mascara, and this product dramatically helps with the longevity of my mascara, its volume, and also maintenance of the curl. Just know you will need a very good make up remover because this product really grips mascara to your lashes. As in aesthetician and make up artist, I cannot live without this product.

Holy Grail for asian eyelashes
I love clear mascaras since itâs a really easy and natural look for every day wear, but clear mascara always falls flat with my asian eyelashes (even if theyâre fairly long). So when I found this, I was ecstatic. I realize itâs a primer, but I love wearing it by itself. Iâve worn it for a while, so here are my opinions.1.) Iâve used this with my Peripera Black Cara Long Lash mascara and it makes my eyelashes looks so long and full. The only down side is that the primer can make the eyelashes look somewhat clumpy, so I would recommend layering the two lightly for a feathery look. A tip is to warm up the mascara with body heat before applying to make things smoother (I shove mine in my bra before I put on makeup haha)2.) In regards to wearing it by itself, it can hold a curl so well and make it look like Iâm not wearing mascara. However, it can make almost a flakey look after so long, so if you wear it by itself, be gentle through the day (though, itâs best you do that regardless)3.) I genuinely am in love with this primer so much. I have long, stubbornly straight asian lashes, but light and small bottom lashes. When I apply this to both sets, it makes my shy bottom lashes stand out and compliments my top eyelashes.4.) Like all good asian mascaras, this should be removed with an oil cleanser/balm/micellar water. I HEAVILY discourage attempting to remove the primer/mascara without it. I had a lazy week and left the primer on without washing it off and it lasted on my eyes for 3 days until it was completely gone. Study up on proper makeup removal!5.) I agree with most comments that the tube and mascara wand is a weird application combo, but itâs not a deal breaker. The tip of the wand can get a lot of product on it, so just wipe it off the edge and youâre good to go.I canât recommend this stuff enough. I thought I was fine with my peripera mascara (which I also love immensely) but this just unlocks a whole new realm of natural makeup. Itâs SO worth your money!

I have stubborn straight Asian lashes, I always go for waterproof mascara, even then some wetter formulas makes my lashes fall after 4h. The tube has small amount of product but little goes a long way, for hygiene sake you donât need that much product anyway for a few months. Apply 1 thin coat this to fix a curl, comb it out, then apply waterproof mascara, your curl will last all day. Itâs cheaper to buy in Korea but at least you can find it on Amazon.

I bought this hoping it would be a good lash primer but what I discovered is itâs a really good sealer. My mascara runs all the time no matter what brand I get. Iâve been using it over top of my mascara and so far it doesnât run! It is a little more work to remove it though, but so far I really like it!

I bought the black one and itâs dried up. I have the clear and it works great. The risk of buying these types of products on Amazon is just that, they are expired and dry.
