Took this on a backpacking trip across Italy – exceeded my expectations! Band aids were higher quality than expected from a lot and it came with everything I needed (and things I hope I never have to use!) great for peace of mind. Great price. I donât love the square shape (it takes up space in my pack) but that was my decision to get!! I would 100% buy from this company again

This kit came with everything you could possibly need as a hiker, but it was a lacking some very important emergency equipment, like a tourniquet. I would also replace the shears and tweezers for something higher quality if you need them.

Has the basics in a good package.
I ordered this product as my wife and I are getting ready for a hiking trip out west. I wanted a first aid kit that could attach to my backpack with the molle design. The product is as stated and everything was stored nicely in the pouch. I really like the size of this kit and itâs light weight. I added a few more items that were not included, but are more of a preference for me out of experience (ice packs, Advil, quikclot, steri strips, and a TQ). The only item I feel is interchangeable with something else is the glow stick. Some would probably find a small flashlight more practical, especially if you have to refer aid in the dark. Im sure this kit will last well beyond our trip coming up and will do itâs job.
