No weird artificial flavor
After trying other powdered calcium/magnesium products that were artificially flavored, this one works well. You do have to dissolve it in warm water and like others of these, not all of it goes into solution so the last swig is chalky but hey, it’s calcium not mango nectar. If you add it to juice or other beverages you like, it is fine. I have osteopenia and so am trying to take bone-building minerals in a form that can be more easily absorbed. This does the job!

The fact that itâs marketed as unflavored is *very* misleading. It contains a lot of citric acid and tastes likeâ¦something not pleasant. Due to the acid, it also changes the pH of tap water from 7 to 3.5 at the recommended dose, so if youâre looking to add supplements without affecting acidity, this isnât it. Or, if youâre looking for something thatâs actually neutral / unflavored, this is also *not* it. Boo.
