For the price I was skeptical that this would be a cheap soft density but fortunately it is actually a great quality. It’s the same density found at most gyms in miniature. This would take up quite a bit of room if you were putting it in a suitcase but I just carry it separately. Works great to crack my back, I’m not sure I would be able to do so comfortably with a foam roller any smaller than this (18″). Mine doesn’t have very many blue speckles like shown in the picture but that isn’t really important to me.
