I just received this training diary/ log book. It arrived in good condition. However, the log book pictures are not what is pictured on Amazon. If you purchase the black log book, there is a small space (if you want to call it that) for your cardio workout. The rest are for lifting exercises. That was disappointing as I expected the book to match what was pictured online. With that being said, if that difference does not bother you, the book can be useful in tracking your workouts. Just be warned that what is being pictured on Amazon and what is being sold to you are two different things.

A great , simple, no-nonsense workout log book
I don’t like to use electronics like bluetooth headset, smartPhone or tabletes nor their apps in the gym. THis product is the most east to use functional log book I’ve found. THe size is perfect as well. I use a 6″ x8″ magnetic clip board with a pen holder to hold the log book. It allows me to easily magnetically attach the clip board/log book to most of the equipment I use (rather than having it on the floor). I like the simplicity of this setup.

I wanted to stop using my phone during my workout and go back to the old school method, and this book is great for tracking your progress BUT before buying it I was already tracking my progress using my phone, so I wouldnât say itâs indispensable, the quality is okay, nothing special, Iâm sure that if I looked more on the internet I could find something for a lower price.I recommend, and I would buy it again unless I find a cheaper one.
