the quality of the stick is really good. It is all aluminum in 3 pieces with a steal pvc coated cable that keeps the stick together. The wrist strap is adjustable in length and has a sewn in liner that is soft against skin. It comes with a carry bag when folded and not in use, an extra rubber tip, and there is a velcor strap on the stick to keep the pieces together when folded. It took me a moment to discover how to lock the stick into place to use. The inner cable is spring loaded. Once the 3 sections are together you pull on the second and thrid section which engages a pop out tab that holds the sections in place. To disengage just pull a small amount and press the tab then release tension and it will fold. It also has a quick release compression lock to adjust the height to your liking. The only drawback is the sections could have a little tighter fitting which causes the poll to feel as it gives some when being pressed down on at an angle. This is a great alternative to a cane and the price is very good for the quality of the item. I would purchase again if needed.
