Philippians 4:13. Much appreciation for Sydney sharing her journey! Her gift is so obvious to us fans, but I didn’t know about her struggle with anxiety. I bought the book to read first before getting a copy to my little granddaughter who is also a gifted runner and also struggles with anxiety, and has a Black father and White mother. Very well written, with interesting details yet no too much info, so the story flowed. The author’s main steps in her journey were well-described, including some of her so-called failures.
