This is a solid bench. I’m able to safely do step-ups with it. It’s comfortable to lay on for chest press, etc. Stable and comfortable. The folding legs make it easy to stash out of the way when not using. Very pleased with this purchase for my living room “gym.”

This is a very sturdy piece and will be a great exercise partner. I would like the “damage” to be from wear and tear, not before I get it set up. Very easy by the way. Hardware and tool provided are good quality. The cover feels very thin and easily torn. Overall a good piece but there are opportunities.

This folding bench is well worth the cost, as the whole cushion has a metal frame fully supporting it to the edges. This means less strain on those using a fully center bar on the frame and cushion.Setup is very easy and if/when I want to fold up, the bench is super easy to do so: flip the bench on the side or completely over onto the pad (recommend), loosen then pull out retainer knob, fold, re-tighten the knob (to keep the legs in place as you move about), then repeat for the other leg. Do reverse to use.The bench folds to roughly 8.5 inches thick, is light enough to be moved quite easily and sturdy enough to put back into action in less than 30 seconds for me (230 lbs and slinging up to 50 lb dumbells).

As good as I could have expected
I would have preferred a pull pin mechanism for folding rather than a screw, but it works fine, and can be done by hand with a few twists. Seems sturdy – I am 6’3 190 so fwiw it holds me fine, on a low carpet, with good stability, worth the extra $40 over the other fly bench on amazon. And between workouts it goes in the closet upright easily at about 6.5 inches thick when folded.I read reviews about bad welds….I don’t see an issue here on my unit.Well packed, works, not too pricey. Pair this with some 10-70 lb adjustable weights (or 10-50 if you are older) and you have a good home gym solution.

Excellent for the price point The quality of the pad is not as good as my Northern Lights bench (not as stiff & the vinyl feels of cheaper quality) but it is also $100 cheaper.. Nonetheless, it is a sturdy, stable bench that can be used for heavy lifting (for me) & is still light and maneuverable.

ik weeg zelf 95 kilo en deze bank geeft geen krimp, dus lijkt me prima te voldoen. Bekleding is stevig en de voeten voelen ook stevig aan bij het uitklappen.

Ich (76 Kilo) bin mega zufrieden mit der Bank, eine perfekte Ergänzung zu meiner wuchtigen Schrägbank, super stabil und insofern aus meiner Sicht auch für schwerere Personen und auch für groÃe Gewichte geeignet.Achtung: Meine Bank ist absolut gerade, das Polster ausreichend gleichmäÃig und jedenfalls nicht schief, siehe Bilder. Der Ball rollt an keiner Position weg. Hier scheint es also, liest man die anderen Rezensionen, starke Fertigungstoleranzen/Qualitätsunterschiede zu geben! Meine habe ich Mitte Januar 2022 gekauft.Die Bank kommt komplett fertig montiert, die Beine sind super schnell ein- und ausgeklappt mit einem dicken Bolzen einfach und sicher fixiert. Allerdings ist sie aufgrund der Stabilität nicht gerade schmal, bei mir steht die aber eh die allermeiste Zeit aufgebaut und bereit, die Klappfunktion ist allerdings super, wenn ich mal für andere Ãbungen mehr Platz brauche in meinem ca. 20qm Basement-Gym.Ich trainiere auf meiner Bank aktuell seit etwa 4 Wochen mit z.B. maximal 2x25k Gewicht (KH-Stemmen, oder auch 2x 22kg Fliegende) und merke keine Bewegung der Bank. Auch der in einer Rezension beschriebene Spalt wäre mir jetzt nicht aufgefallen, auch hier siehe Foto. Die Sitzfläche wirkt jederzeit stabil, auch z.B. bei Dips oder auch Einarmigen Rücken-Zügen (Single Arm Row) und ähnlichen Schrägbelastungen.Top und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, der Preis von 110⬠absolut angemessen und insofern günstig. Je suis ravie de ce banc, la hauteur est parfaite (pour moi, 1m65) pour les fentes, le hip thrust etc etcIl est stable, confortable et il est très simple à plier.Le seul petit bémol c’est qu’il est dommage qu’il ne soit pas réglable en hauteur.Sans ça, rien à lui reprocher.
