Sturdy and Effective
I figured Iâd take a chance on this. Assembly was very quick and easy for one person. While I assumed the product would be a bit larger, I realized upon first use that itâs the perfect size. I had questioned how flimsy it would be, but it is well built and holds up well even on carpet⦠just donât try shifting from side to side, although that is not what this was built for. It is functional for its intended purpose and I felt the burn in my abs pretty quickly when I first started using it. While it is not top of the line, it gets the job done, holds up really well, and I can select the intensity of my ab workout pretty easily, although Iâm still on the lowest setting. If folds up easily for storage under furniture like beds, higher standing sofas, etc. This was a worthwhile purchase for me.

love this thing really works my abs and is not hard to get on and off of. i was a little worried when i opened the package as it looks flimsy but as i said already i am 290 and it works great for me. the digital readout is cute not that i can do it long enough to where i loose count yet lol

I love this machine!
So, I bought this after seeing them advertised on tiktok. I was trying to lose weight but I really just want to slim down my stomach that looks 8 months pregnant. I’m not really too worried about rest of my body. Anywho, for starters this was very easy to put together. There is a setting for beginners all the way up to expert to fit your needs. I think I’m about 215 lbs and not in the best shape. I started out easy trying not to over do it because I didn’t want to hurt or strain anything. I felt the burn in every muscle in my abdominal that I forgot I had, groin/inner thigh area and upper arms and woke up sore the next day. It felt like this machine will be perfect for all the areas I need to tone up. It’s sturdy, I didn’t have any problems with wobbling as it was in the lowest position. It was pretty comfortable, the padding did it’s job and best of all it didn’t cause any pain in my back when I used it. It folds up and takes up as much space as an ironing bored to store out of the way. So far I love this machine but will try to update in a week or so to see how my results are coming along.

easy to assemble
i’m 5’1 and it’s a little long for me height wise even on the shortest adjustment, but when i use it i can feel the burn so it’s probably working! the elbow pads are a little uncomfortable but other than that it took less than 15 mins to assemble and all the parts arrived together.
